Login to your Portal account

If you have already established a user account with the Safety Reporting Portal, you can login to the Safety Reporting system to access its full complement of functions, including editing your saved reports and viewing your submitted reports.

  1. On the Portal’s Home page under the Login heading, proceed as follows:

      • Enter your the email Address you provided when you first created your account

      • Enter your password

      • Click the Log In button

  1. If you enter a valid username, but an incorrect password three times, the system will lock the username account. Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive.

info_red_sm.jpg  Please note:  To ensure the security of the system, passwords expire on a periodic basis.  Upon expiration of your password, the system will prompt you to change your password the next time you attempt to log in.

  1. After login, the My Reports page appears, listing any draft or submitted safety reports you may have.

  2. If you have problems, you can contact us by clicking the Contact Us link in the menu bar near the top of the page.
