Attach additional documentation to your report

Any information that you have available as an electronic file may be attached to your report.

At one or more points in completing your safety report Any adverse-event report, product problem or complaint report, as well as a product-use error report. The safety report is also known in the Portal as a "submission." (See also "ICSR.") the system displays the Attachments page, on which you can attach an electronic file, such as a scan of a product The fifth and last element that comprises the "product code." A two-characters code that may contain either numeric or alpha data. The Product relates directly to a particular Industry/Class combination. For example, for the Fishery/Seafood Industry Class and the Smoked Class within that Industry, specific types of seafood (sole, flounder, salmon, etc.) would have specific Product element values. barcode, a spreadsheet, a word processing document or a laboratory report.

When you click the Add button on the Attach File page, a dialog box opens within which you can navigate to the file(s) on your desktop or network, and then attach the selected files to your safety report.
